• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

• Any involvement in match-fixing or fraudulent betting activity will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, in cases of fraud, the entire balance will be forfeited.
